Job description
About the Role The Sales Associate is responsible for escorting the customer through the sales ritual, upholding the brand characteristics while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the product.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the Company
Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
Organize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines
Keep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRM
Ensure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special events
Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standards
Take an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality control
Be aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand image
Gather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager
Qualifications
Luxury fashion sales experience
Required Skills
~2 + years’ experience in retail - luxury experience preferred
~ Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
~ Strong organization
~ High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
~ Ability to discuss with clients showing passion for fashion products
~ Work as a team player with colleagues to contribute to a positive working environment
~ Ability to work with a flexible schedule
~ Other language speaking is a plus
