Job description

Test and troubleshoot Teledyne Controls products, equipment and circuitry, including functional, operational, and environmental testing.
Analyse and interpret test data for component level, and system level repair to IPC standards.
Enters data and provides written reports on test and troubleshoot findings.
Degree/ HNC/ HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
Position requires basic mechanical and electronics experience, with an emphasis on electronic skills.
Requires knowledge of the principles of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience testing electronic assemblies using traditional tooling, such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.
Experience using a variety of hand tools and machine shop tools, and equipment such as soldering iron, hand drill etc.
Basic MS Office skills including ability to open and create files in Word, create and manipulate data in Excel and use E-mail and calendars in Outlook.

As part of the onboarding process and personal development, the successful candidate will undergo technical training with existing technicians and managers to help build their understanding of the Teledyne Control products. 37hr per week: 2 weeks dayshift/ 2 weeks backshift
