Yard Operative 360 Excavator Operator

Location: Hinckley, LE10 Pay: £15.00 per hour PAYE Contract: Temporary 24 August 2026 to 31 January 2027 (possibilty of becoming perm) Hours: 45 hours per week Working Hours: 7:30am 4:30pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Yard Operative / 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy operational site in Hinckley.
This is a hands-on yard-based role and applicants must hold a valid 360 Excavator licence and have experience operating both tracked and wheeled excavators using pedal grabs.

## Duties

• Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently
• Operate both tracked and wheeled machines
• Use pedal grabs to handle and move materials
• Load, unload and move materials around the yard
• Carry out routine machine and safety checks
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Support general yard operations when required
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
