Salary: £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000+ Year One)

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing applications
• Interviewing candidates and preparing them for opportunities
• Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process
