We're looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Co-Ordinator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) to join our Tenancy Enforcement Team, supporting a vital service that helps customers maintain successful tenancies and promotes positive outcomes across our neighbourhoods.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive team at the heart of Raven's Customer Experience Directorate. As a 12-month FTC, you'll play an important role in supporting tenancy sustainment, working closely with colleagues, customers, and partner agencies to help deliver a responsive and customer-focused service.

The role offers a unique blend of customer interaction, administration, coordination, and partnership working.
