Our client is a successful manufacturer of Water Based, Solvent Free Paints and Coatings.

They are now seeking a Technical Service & Development Chemist Water Based Industrial Coatings. This position will be based at their site in Wrexham, Wales. It is a full-time permanent role and will report to their Technical Manager

Job Purpose

The role combines laboratory product development with practical technical service.

The postholder will help my client develop and improve water-based industrial coatings, investigate technical issues, prepare and manage customer samples, support product trials and provide hands-on guidance to new and existing customers.

The role acts as a practical link between the laboratory, production, sales team and customer application process.
