Your experience could include: Teaching Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant experience. Learning Support Assistant experience. Support Worker or Care Worker experience. Youth Work or mentoring experience. Mental Health Support Work. Experience supporting children or young people. Relevant volunteering within schools, nurseries, charities, or community settings. 6+ months of Teaching Assistant experience is also considered. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis. Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning.
