Senior MEP BIM Coordinator & MEP Coordination Manager Opportunities City of London | Commercial & Data Centre Projects | Full-Time An established and highly respected MEP contractor, recognised as one of London's leading building services specialists, is looking to strengthen its BIM and coordination team with the appointment of a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator and an MEP Coordination Manager. Working on a portfolio of prestigious commercial and data centre developments, you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects alongside experienced design and delivery teams. Senior MEP BIM Coordinator Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Package We're looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator who has a strong background within building services and is confident delivering coordinated MEP models across complex projects. Key Requirements Extensive experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator within the building services industry. Advanced proficiency in Revit. Strong understanding of MEP coordination processes and clash detection. Experience working on commercial and/or data centre projects. Ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering and delivery teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Package Basic salary of £50,000-£55,000. £5,000 car allowance.
