We're looking for an experienced operations manager to lead a high-performing 3PL distribution and logistics operation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all warehouse and transport operations.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
• Deliver KPI and SLA performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
