From concept design through to detailed engineering and construction support, you’ll play a key role in shaping sustainable, buildable, and innovative solutions for our clients.The roleProducing civil engineering designs, drawings, and reports for drainage, highways, earthworks, and infrastructure projectsUsing industry‑standard software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and AutoCADSupporting senior engineers with design development and project deliveryLiaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholdersPreparing technical submissions, including planning and Section 38/104/278 applicationsContributing to a positive team culture and helping to mentor junior staff where appropriateSkillsDegree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineExperience in a consultancy environment (we’re open to different levels of experience)Working knowledge of UK design standards and approval processesStrong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindsetProgress toward professional accreditation (IEng/CEng) is desirable but not essentialWhats on offerCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working optionsSupport for professional development and chartershipA friendly, collaborative team with a strong reputation for qualityThe chance to work on diverse, challenging, and rewarding projects
