The Education Specialists (TES) are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Manchester, supporting a Key Stage 1 male pupil with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a patient, resilient and nurturing TA who is confident supporting children with behavioural needs and personal care requirements. The Role You will work closely with the pupil and wider staff team to provide consistent, individualised support throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with additional needs. Supporting the pupil with personal care and daily routines. Helping to manage and de-escalate challenging or dysregulated behaviour. Developing a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil.
