Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Erdington. This is a full time role starting in September 2026, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the successful candidate.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team, you will provide one to one support, assist with small group activities, and help pupils engage confidently in classroom learning.
