We are seeking a caring, dedicated and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) team in a highly organised and supportive secondary school based in Wembley. About the Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Down Syndrome Speech, Language and Communication Needs Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) Moderate Learning DifficultiesEach morning, the SEN team meets for a structured briefing and debrief session to discuss student progress, daily objectives and support strategies. You will be assigned a specific student or students to support each day, ensuring clear direction and consistency in the support provided. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN. Assist students in accessing the curriculum and engaging positively in lessons.
