We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Hastings, working closely with students with Autism (ASC). As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Autism.
• Help pupils access the curriculum by adapting learning activities where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation using consistent strategies.
• Support students in developing communication, independence, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

• Has experience working with children or young people with Autism (school, care, youth work, or similar settings).
