About The Role

The Programme Risk Manager is responsible for providing specialist risk management capability across SEA programmes, projects and bids, supporting delivery teams to identify, assess, manage and report threats and opportunities across the full lifecycle.
Risk Manager will be based at either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple sites. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £58k, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Establish and maintain robust risk management governance, including risk reviews, risk workshops, escalation routes, and decision-ready risk reporting
- Maintain high-quality risk, opportunity, assumption, issue and dependency information, ensuring risk exposure is understood and actively managed against programme objectives, cost, schedule and OQOTOC commitments
- Support qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including cost and schedule risk inputs, to improve delivery confidence, contingency planning and evidence-based decision making
