Residential Childrens Support Workers
to join our agency team, with opportunities available across
Kent and the surrounding areas . If you have experience supporting children and young people in residential care and are looking for
flexible, ongoing agency work , we'd love to hear from you. THE ROLE
As a Residential Childrens Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting young people to feel safe, secure and valued. You will work as part of a residential team, providing consistent care and encouragement while helping young people develop confidence, independence and positive life skills. Your responsibilities may include: Providing high-quality, person-centred support to children and young people. Supporting day-to-day routines, personal care and activities where required. Building positive, professional and trusting relationships. Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence and personal development. Encouraging participation in activities, education and community opportunities. Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate boundaries. Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations. Following individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. Maintaining accurate daily records and completing relevant documentation. Working effectively alongside permanent staff and other professionals. Promoting a safe, nurturing and supportive environment at all times. WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for experienced, reliable and compassionate workers who have: Previous experience within social care or residential childcare. Experience supporting children or young people
