We are looking for a PWC Client Services Officer to join our team.

As the voice of Kaplan, you will be part of a team who build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their students’ journeys.

As the Service Operations Advisor (Employer), you will:

Deliver service excellence by facilitating a seamless enrolment journey for all learners and clients in line with KPI’s
Support with activities such as sending of joining instructions, enrolments, CBE bookings and resolution of client queries
Be proactive and timely in obtaining client data to ensure enrolments/bookings are processed in line with requirements
Make management aware of training suggestions to ensure high levels of delivery are maintained
Identify where there is a need to review systems and processes and provide straightforward solutions
