Project Manager / Site Manager – Commercial Groundworks Location: Nottingham Rate: £280–£340 per day (DOE) – Negotiable Project Manager / Site Manager – Commercial Groundworks – Nottingham We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join a groundworks subcontractor on a commercial groundworks package in the Nottingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong groundworks background who is available to start immediately or after a short notice period. The client is happy to conduct interviews immediately for the right candidate. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the commercial groundworks package, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements. The role will involve managing site teams, materials and site activities while working closely with the wider project team.
