Procurement Manager Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Location: Sheffield Job Type: Full-time Hours: Days-based role with early finish on FridaysDay-to-day of the role: Lead and manage the purchasing, supply chain, and subcontract procurement functions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve optimal quality, cost, delivery, and service performance. Oversee supply chain operations, monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and performance. Set departmental strategy, goals, and priorities, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and project delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embedding processes and best practices across the supply chain function. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through performance management, recruitment, training, and succession planning. Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to support business growth and customer requirements.
