You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of complex private client matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts, tax, and succession planning. Your workload will include advising on lifetime and succession planning, drafting trust structures and deeds of variation, acting as a professional Trustee, providing strategic advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, and working closely with financial advisers and tax specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.
