Looking for a hands-on role in a clean, high-precision environment?
We are supporting a leading defence engineering organisation in recruiting Electronics Assembly Operators to work on advanced circuit card builds. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in a structured, quality-driven production setting.
What youll be doing
Assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards Working with small components, often under a microscope Carrying out visual inspections and basic rework on assemblies Following engineering drawings and build instructions Recording work and completing quality checks in line with process requirements Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What were looking for
Essential:
Experience in soldering or electronics assembly Strong attention to detail and quality focus Comfortable working with small, delicate components
Desirable:
IPC or ESD awareness/training Experience reading engineering drawings or work instructions Background in PCB / circuit card assembly or similar environment
