Multi-Skilled Engineer
We're looking for a
Multi-Skilled Engineer
to provide high-quality engineering support, focusing on equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and minimising downtime across site operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and keeping production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Carry out
planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
and reactive repairs Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults quickly and safely Support production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Accurately record work, downtime and root cause analysis within CMMS Identify and implement engineering and process improvements Maintain hygiene, health & safety and housekeeping standards Support site and group engineering projects Act as a role model, supporting apprentices and developing best practice What You'll Bring City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Strong
electrical and mechanical fault-finding
skills Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and engineering systems Experience in
FMCG or manufacturing
(desirable) A proactive, ‘can-do' attitude with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, safely and as part of a team
