Mobile Caretaker

Your new company Location: Sefton Contract: Temporary (2-3 Months) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Caretaker / Estate Operative to join a housing team in Sefton on a temporary contract for an initial 2-3-month period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in estate management, care-taking, or property maintenance who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented communal environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of estate and care-taking duties across residential properties, helping to ensure communal areas, external spaces, and shared facilities are maintained to a high standard.
