Management Accountant

Reed Accountancy are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established business on the Fylde Coast for a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA/CIMA professional (or QBE) to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where you'll work closely with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insight and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts, reports and financial analysis
• Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting to support decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and month-end accounting processes
• Drive process improvements and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About You

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
• Experience within a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
• Strong reporting, analysis and management accounts experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPs
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
• Annual bonus up to 8%
