Learning Support Assistant - Eastleigh

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in schools across the Eastleigh area. This role involves supporting teaching and learning within the classroom, helping pupils remain engaged, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide additional assistance to pupils who may benefit from extra guidance with their learning, organisation, confidence, or classroom participation. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school and pupils.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain valuable experience within education.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support and assist with small-group learning activities
• Support pupils during lessons, classroom activities, and school routines
