Learning Support Assistant - Gloucester

This is an excellent opportunity to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs, helping them build confidence, develop their skills and engage positively with learning.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Help children engage positively with lessons and classroom activities.
- Support pupils to develop their academic, social, emotional and communication skills.
- Build positive relationships with children while encouraging confidence and independence.
- Work alongside teachers and other professionals to support individual pupil needs.
The Learning Support Assistant role offers the opportunity to become part of a welcoming and inclusive school community while gaining valuable experience supporting children within a mainstream primary setting.
