Human Resources Manager

An established specialist business based in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take overall responsibility for its people function.

This is a broad, hands-on position covering employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, reward, compliance and HR strategy.

Working closely with the Managing Director and management team, you will help create a positive, professional and high-performing workplace while ensuring HR policies and decisions support the organisations long-term goals.

You will act as the principal point of contact for HR matters across the organisation, providing practical and legally compliant advice while building trusted relationships at every level.
