Circa £120,000 - £140,000 + benefits

This is a really interesting, relatively unique and highly rewarding role for an ambitious, highly commercially astute FD. You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial firm of accountants in a new division (which you will lead). Your role is partnering with owner led businesses looking to get sale ready, stay sale ready and ultimately position themselves for investment or exit.

You’ll be working with a portfolio of businesses, aspirational growing SMEs led by talented leadership teams. You’ll be providing the sounding board they need around the factors which ultimately impact their multiple at point of sale.

You’ll be supporting with due diligence, reviewing the robustness of their controls and the relevance of their board pack. Providing challenge and support around the levers of income and profit, helping spot opportunity to drive growth, retain margin.

It’s more than dressing the shop window for them. It’s really becoming that trusted advisor to business owners / investors / board players. Someone who can be part of their growth to exit story and add financial / commercial guidance during the planning and strategy discussions.
