Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-4:30pm

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing your desk.
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing Candidates for your own roles and colleagues.
• Negotiating offers and successfully managing the recruitment process.
• Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.

• Must have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
