Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

We are working with a leading independent executive search and board advisory firm to find an ambitious Research Associate to join their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in executive search and recruitment, working alongside experienced Partners and Consultants on senior-level assignments for leading organisations, private equity firms and high-growth businesses.

As a Research Associate, you will be involved across the executive search process, including:

• Conducting market research and talent mapping

• Identifying and approaching senior candidates

• Building candidate networks and market intelligence

• Supporting Partners and Consultants on live searches

• Conducting initial candidate conversations

• Researching companies, sectors and markets

• Preparing candidate profiles, reports and presentations

• Developing strong relationships with candidates and clients

You'll receive training and support from experienced consultants, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

No previous recruitment experience is required.
