? The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and resolving enquiries with confidence and care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering incoming customer calls across multiple service areas, including:
  • Recycling & Waste
  • Pest Control
  • Street Maintenance
  • And more…
• Providing accurate information and resolving enquiries efficiently
• Updating multiple IT systems in real time
• Always keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do
