We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a temporary ongoing assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively chasing outstanding invoices via telephone and email
- Managing customer accounts and resolving payment-related queries
- Reducing aged debt and improving cash collection performance
- Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing support to the wider finance team as required
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise workload
- Confident in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
