Contracts Manager required in Essex GVR Solutions are currently representing an accomplished business, based in Essex, who are in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company are a very well-established Main contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team that work on Healthcare, Education and Commercial refurbishment and fit out projects.Responsibilities and duties of the Contracts Manager: Overseeing 3-5 projects at any given timeBe responsible for the progress of each siteReport to the Contracts DirectorInvolved with planning the projects and overseeing them to final accountsYou will attend site regularly to hold progress meetings with the clientMinimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Contracts Manager in the main contracting sectorExperience managing multiple contracts at any given timeExcellent people skillsOrganised and attentiveTeam playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to communicate at all levelsSMSTSCSCSFirst Aid qualifications are idealA degree/HNC in a related subject would be advantageousSalary: 70K – 80K + packageIf you are interested in the above Contracts Manager role, please get in touch today!
