Complex Needs & Behavioural Support Worker – Children & Young People Location: Yorskhire and Humber Salary: £16 per hour / £40k per annum Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Bank Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts – days or nights About the Role We are looking for compassionate, resilient and committed Complex Needs & Behavioural Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people living in a supported living environment. This is a rewarding but challenging role, supporting young people with complex care needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties and behaviours that may present significant risk. The young people we support may experience periods of emotional distress and may display behaviours including verbal or physical aggression, violence, self-injurious behaviour, suicidal thoughts or suicide attempts, emotional dysregulation and other high-risk behaviours. You will play a vital role in providing a safe, consistent and nurturing environment, helping each young person develop their independence, emotional regulation, confidence and life skills.
