I'm currently exclusively recruiting on behalf of my client for a Business Development Executive to join their growing environmental and industrial services business.

This is a genuine new business / hunter role for someone who enjoys opening doors, winning new accounts and building long-term customer relationships.

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities across the South West, developing relationships with key decision makers and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Initially, the focus will be on road sweeping and tanker services, with the opportunity to develop into a wider range of environmental services as your experience grows.

You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, lead generation, referrals and proactive prospecting

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Arrange and attend customer meetings across the South West

• Develop relationships with Site Managers, Buyers, Procurement Teams and key decision makers
