Working within a collaborative and high-performing environment, the role offers exposure to a wide range of disputes arising from major infrastructure, engineering and real estate projects.The successful candidate will support senior lawyers on sophisticated matters while also taking ownership of discrete workstreams. They will act for a diverse client base, delivering commercially focused advice across all stages of the dispute lifecycle, from early risk management through to formal proceedings.Key responsibilities include:Advising on construction disputes across litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediationHandling claims involving delay, disruption, defects and payment disputesSupporting proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court and international forumsBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiativesThis role would suit a driven Associate or Senior Associate with strong technical and analytical skills, a commercial outlook and a collaborative approach.
