Accounts Manager Job DescriptionAn experienced Accounts Manager is required to lead the day-to-day finance function within a busy construction environment.
This is a hands-on, senior role, managing a small team while overseeing key financial processes including invoicing, sales ledger and credit control.
Accounts Manager Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales ledger across multiple projects and clients
- Oversee invoicing, including applications and valuations
- Lead credit control activities to maintain strong cash flow
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers
- Ensure accurate billing aligned with project progress
- Support month-end processes and reporting
- Reconcile accounts and resolve queries efficiently
