Exceptional opportunity to start your career in Customer Services with a highly successful manufacturing business based in Burntwood.
If you love helping people, solving problems and contributing to a successful team, you already have the most important qualifications for this job. My client is not looking for a long, corporate resume - they care about your energy, your empathy and your eagerness to learn.
As their Trainee Customer Service Advisor you won’t just be answering questions. You’ll be the voice of a brand, the hero who saves a customer’s day and a vital part of a growing, supportive team.
You will receive fully funded, structured learning and on the job training to give you all the tools you need to become a customer service superstar.
What You’ll Be Doing (With Plenty of Support!):
* Connecting with People: Chatting with customers via phone and email to answer questions and guide them through products and services.
* Learning the Ropes: Participating in on the job training to understand the business, the product and the industry inside and out.
* Problem Solving: Listening to customer feedback and finding creative, helpful solutions to turn their challenges into positive experiences.
* Team Collaboration: Working alongside experienced colleagues and a high-energy team who always have your back.
* Growing Your Skills: Mastering modern communication software, technical systems and professional business habits.
Who You Are:
* You are a natural communicator—you find it easy to build a rapport with people and you listen closely.
* You have a positive, "can-do" attitude and bring enthusiastic energy to the workplace.
* You are a problem solver who views challenges as fun puzzles to figure out.
* You are reliable and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and skills.
* You have basic computer literacy (such as typing, navigating web browsers, and using email).
* No previous professional customer service experience is required! If you are an education leaver with some customer facing experience in retail, hospitality or similar, looking to transition into a corporate environment, you are highly encouraged to apply.
Why You’ll Love Working With My Client:
* Earn While You Learn: A competitive starting salary of £25-27k with regular performance reviews.
* Real Career Progression: My client prioritises promoting from within.
* Great Benefits: Holiday allowance, plus personal celebration day, enhanced pension scheme.
* Great Culture: A collaborative working environment where your voice is heard and celebrated.
* On the job training: You’ll supported by your manager and colleagues to guide you through your first 90 days and beyond.
