Role: Ocean Import Operator - Key Accounts Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Package: From £33,000+ plus 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + bonus We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Birmingham area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Ocean Import Operator. Responsibilities: * Handling Ocean/Sea Import freight shipments from start to finish * Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish * Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times. * Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with * Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs * Completion of Customs declarations - import/ export Requirements: * Previous experience working on Ocean/ Sea Freight Shipments * Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs * Excellent customer service skills If you have the right skillset and are keen to take the next step up in your career, then apply today
