Multi Trader - Southampton / Portsmouth Property Services -Social Housing £38,000 Per Annum+ Van and fuel card + Call Outs Permanent Position Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Southampton and Portsmouth patch Package: Salary 38,000 Van and fuel card Call out 1 in 8 - £200 standby plus £40 per call Overtime 26 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Duties: Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties Carrying out responsive repairs Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen repairs/refits, bathroom fitting, plastering etcExperience: Must have social housing/council experience Must have a full UK driving license
