Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – SEN Department 📍 College-based role 📅 4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday ⏰ 8:30am – 4:30pm 📆 Until the end of the academic year We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join the SEN Department within a college setting, supporting students with a range of additional learning needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. The role will involve: * Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN * Supporting students to access their learning and participate fully in college life * Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team * Encouraging students' confidence, independence and personal development * Providing appropriate support with learning, communication and engagement * Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment We are looking for candidates who are: * Patient, empathetic and supportive * Have a background in performing arts, travel & tourism or SEN * Passionate about working with young people * Confident working with students with additional needs * Reliable, proactive and adaptable * Able to build positive relationships with students and staff * Previous experience working within SEN/education is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with relevant transferable experience
