HGV Technician   Up to £50,169.60 basic salary + overtime Monday–Friday | 40 Hours | £24.12 per hour + Overtime 7:00am–4:30pm / 8:00am–5:30pm / 9:00am–6:30pm Weekday & Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x Sunday & Bank Holiday overtime paid at 2.0x   Are you an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic looking for a Monday–Friday role working on a varied fleet?   The role of HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of a varied municipal fleet, including: Mercedes Renault DAF Volvo DennisYou'll be carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics and mechanical repairs, helping keep the fleet safe, reliable and operational.   What we're looking for from the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic Level 3 qualification preferred – NVQ / C&G / IMI Level 2 qualified technicians will also be considered Previous experience working on HGVs / commercial vehicles Class 1 or Class 2 licence required IRTEC qualification desirable Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Able to work independently and as part of a busy workshop teamThe big attraction A Monday–Friday HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic role with a £24.12 per hour basic rate, excellent overtime enhancements and the chance to work on a genuinely varied fleet of municipal vehicles
