Food Production Operative £12.71 per hour Gateshead, Team Valley Days, Lates & Nights available Shifts: Days 6:45am – 2:45pm / Lates 2:45pm – 10:45pm/ Nights 10.45pm - 6.45am Are you passionate about food production and enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment? Job Responsibilities: * Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure a smooth and efficient process. * Conducting quality checks at various stages of production to maintain product consistency and meet quality standards. * Assisting in packaging and labelling finished products for distribution. * Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area to comply with food safety regulations. * Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any operational issues. * Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: * Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential. * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices. * Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
