Description As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working in the Legal and Debt Management Department helping organisations that are in arrears with their bills. This is an extremely varied role and will be a mixture of administration and providing b2b support. You will play a key part within the team working on excel tracking debts alongside analysing data looking at trends and ways to improve the customer journey and minimise escalations. The role will also be client facing supporting with queries over the telephone negotiating payments and setting up suitable plans and options. If you enjoy a busy and varied position having autonomy within your role and also working alongside an excellent supportive team would love to hear from you!
