Warehouse Shift Leader - Lead, Coach & Optimize Day Shifts

Lidl in Motherwell is seeking a Shift Leader to run warehouse operations, leading by example and driving daily results. You’ll open, run and close shifts, train new starters and support your team to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.

We offer a competitive £30,000–£37,000 per annum for a 40-hour week on days (09:00–21:00), 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, ongoing training and a pension scheme.
