Warehouse Shift Lead: KPI-Driven Ops & Team Training

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and supervise warehouse associates across shifts in a busy UK operation. The role focuses on staffing, task allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day flow from goods in to dispatch.

The candidate will monitor KPIs, escalate issues, train staff on SOPs and WMS, and ensure accuracy of receipts, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities. Strong attention to stock control and safety is essential.
