Venue Manager | KPI-Driven Operations & People Lead

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Store Manager to run the venue, perform admin and customer service duties to uphold high standards. The role requires excellent customer service, with a minimum of 4 years in customer service and at least 2 years in a management capacity.

You will oversee shift patterns of 5 x 8 hours with full flexibility across Monday to Sunday, and you may work late-night hours with an extra £1.50 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.
