Transport & Fleet Operations Coordinator

The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is seeking a Transport Coordinator to provide administrative support for the transport operations, bookings and fleet records. You will ensure accurate schedules and timely communication with members and staff.

You will coordinate daily driver activity, manage transport enquiries, and maintain fleet administration across the Club’s vehicles, including checks and servicing schedules, while delivering a responsive service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
