Talent Resourcer: Candidate Sourcing & Experience

DC Thomson is seeking a super-organised Talent Resourcer to join our People Team in Dundee. This early-career HR/recruitment role focuses on candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and interview coordination to keep the hiring process moving smoothly.

You'll work with hiring managers and candidates, ensure timely communication, and help maintain records in our applicant-tracking system while exploring ways to improve the candidate experience.
