Strategic HR Partner - Culture, Change & Talent

VanRath Search & Selection are recruiting an HR Business Partner for a prominent cultural organisation in Holywood, Northern Ireland. You will provide strategic HR advice to leaders, support recruitment, staff development and performance management.

With two years’ generalist HR experience (or four years without a qualification) and solid knowledge of NI employment law, you will influence at all levels and utilise HRIS like i-Trent to enhance reporting.
